Hi all,

I installed GPE last week,
Quite young but already so great! Good work, love it, Adopted!

Well, I have a little sketching program I wrote times ago for my own, you might be interested in. Never had time to publish anything, but now here it is:

There is more cleaning, and many improvements to do, but it is quite usable.
Also I have some free time now and could port it to GPE.
Let me know what you think.

Here come some thoughts (...)
With devices on which we can easily input sketch (touchscreen) sound (micro/speakers) text (kbd stroke) maybe a notebook should integrate each media, so just present a hierarchy of "notes" then each note is either a text, sketch, sound or a combination of...
In the same way applications like contactbook, todolist, agenda(calendar with notes) are "just" a specific hierarchy of "notes" (by alphabetical order/ priority/ chronological order). For example, stroking a contact in a moving bus is hell, so I'ld like to enter a sketch or a voice (if not noisy environment) and maybe later (probably connected with a plain keyborad!) convert it to text.
Well, just thinking I could extract a sketchpad widget, as well we could have a sound one. So basicaly PIM data could intergate sketches and sounds.

cheers,
luc
