appmgr 0.07pre1

I've fixed the menu-methods bug and a few other bits & pieces. I've
uploaded gpe-appmgr_0.07pre1.ipk to my space on handhelds.org (note, NOT
in the unstable feed).

As soon as I've had a few reports that it's dandy and peachy and all
that I'll release 0.07 proper. I've even written some basic release
notes, aren't you proud ;)
