Changes in CVS

Hi,

I changed some things in CVS.

First: we (mallum, pb and nelson basically) decided in IRC to let
the menu files specify the icon with the full path, not just the
icon filename. I fixed this for all packages that have icons.

Second: there is a Familiar menu policy at
http://familiar.handhelds.org/policy/menu.html, and it disallows
some sections that we used, thus I moved packages around a
bit. Maybe it's not perfect, but at least we don't violate policy
anymore.

Also, we now have a Makefile snippet that provides ipkg and dpkg
targets. Just use it like:

include ../build/Makefile.dpkg_ipkg

in your Makefile, and hopefully it just works. I got these targets
from Phil, so you should ask *him* if something doesn't work as you
expect. :)
