[Bug 1816] New: i18n problems in 0.8.4

release notes claim that UTF-8 problems where solved. I installed ru_RU locales
and gpe-login ru localization. I guess I should see cyrillic char, but cannot
see them in ANY application (see screenshot). This may be a libgpewidget
problem, or lower (X? fonconfig?). Please put this bug to the proper product,
which should be fixed.
