TBA - gpe-isgui

I've created an isgui using gtk mainly as an exercise in glade and gtk
coding. I also setup a development environment on my 3670, and I've
created a binary. I also completed the interface, meaning you can
select from a list of IRQ's, which wasn't implemented in the python
version. There are a couple of more "features" I'd like to implement,
but it's at a good point to test the waters.

A couple of questions:
Is anyone interested?
How do I create an ipk?
Can/should I reuse the icon from isgui?
Does anyone want to test it?
How do/can I "gpe" it. It's pretty raw glade-gen'd code.

Of course, some of these questions are dependant on the others.
