Installing QPE- Having problems of downloading.

Trying to install qpe on familiar 0.5.3 .
Have edited the ipkg.conf and added , src qpe
http://qpe.sourceforge.net/packages/ipaq/
did a # on all the other src lines.

did a ipkg update and get the following error message:
Warning: Ignoring unknown configuration parameter:

/Packages: Invalid host name
ipkg_download: ERROR: Command failed with return value 1: 'wget

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong.
