Well, that's just a copyright statement, not the licence conditions:

Those conditions stop you from making any changes to these fonts (almost
like the MS ones...).

The conditions are probably acceptable to the appropriate people so that
we could put these fonts into Familiar. Note that they would *not* be
able to be used by GPE packages in Debian - see e.g.
