Dillo and HTTPS

I have looked everywhere (OK so I did not look under a few rocks in the
Congo) and I can not find out if or when dillo will support https. Does
anyone know the answer? If it is going to be a long time, are there any
other ipaq X based web browsers that do support https? The wireless
authentication system here requires that you go to a https site to
authenticate.
I do know that konq can do https, but I would like to stay with gpe
since it is X based.
