Err ... what is "BTS" ?

Apart from that I do not think that it will apply :(
It is rather big because dillo's architecture is not really made for
those changes to be easy. First I'll try it with the .4 version and then
see what happens with the later ones. One problem will in any be that
the patch includes the cookie patch which is now already part of
0.6.6...
