This should be trivial.
Originally, xstroke was always able to live outside the dock, (since
the old docking just meant setting a hint), and it also honored
geometry.
I don't know if any of that has changed since mallum added the
updated, (XEmbed), docking. But, it couldn't be very hard to fix.
