Summary
This Wiki is a white board for the project to run Linux on the Dell Axim X51 and X51v. The port is based on the 2.6 Linux kernel.
Booting Linux on x51/x51v is a reality :). An alpha-version can be downloaded here for testing purpose : http://jn.graux.free.fr/x51v-linux/
As Axim X51(v) hardware is nearly closed to X50(v)'s one, we decided to merge both X50(v) and X51(v) project status. Therefore, take a look at X50's white board to get a status on both porting efforts...
We are actually hoping that many people will join us in our effort and share their experiences with porting Linux on these models.
