[iPAQ] Bricked iPAQ H5550

Dear Familiar Fans,
Some considerable time ago (the best part of two years) I was installing the
bootloader on my iPAQ which seems to have failed. I have tried all the
methods described in the article
http://www.handhelds.org/moin/moin.cgi/RecoverBrickedIpaq with no success. I
live in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia and am wondering if anyone locally
would be able to help me with the iPAQ (I suspect it will need to be
reloaded through the JTAG connector). Suggestions and ideas are more than
appreciated.
